There’s a new article on www.Shrink4Men.com that discusses the absurdity and slippery slope of viewing virtual property, such as Facebook friends and Farmville crops, as community property in a divorce. This assertion is made by Sally Brown Richardson in a paper in the Tulane Law Review.
