Great radio show. I cant tell you how much your info has helped me.
Thanks for having the moxy to tell it how it is. After 6 years in an emotionally abusive marriage, I managed to wake up and break away in Jan of this year thanks to the help of this site. I am now working on finding/healing myself again. Words can not describe how relieved I am now to be away from the crazymaker.
I have implemented a no contact policy and continue to keep myself from the crazy. Thanks Dr. T
