Today’s In His Own Words is about “Gabu.” His wife is a violent alcoholic with many Borderline and narcissistic traits. Gabu has been physically, emotionally and sexually abused by his wife.

    I know what you feel like matey,… This sounds so much like my now ex girlfriend of two years but,… I regulary had scratched face, inside of mouth ripped by acrylic nails, gaud eyes, you name it. amount of times I would grab her arms to restrain her she would throw herself to the floor,… I have had to stop her head butting floor or walls many times while she shout “Get of me,.. Get of “my name”,…
    People have seen this side to her and she would still deny it all ever happened,… 10mins of her would take an hour to explain.

    I am still traumatised,… sleep, eating and everything is affected, only last night I woke up in the middle of the night to still hearing her scream!
