New Study Shows Two-Thirds of the General Public Wants Presumed 50/50 Custody


There’s a new article on www.Shrink4Men.com that discusses a recent University of Arizona study that shows two-thirds of the general public wants presumed 50/50 custody to be the law and believes high-conflict parents should have less custody time. Public opinion currently runs counter to what is practiced in U.S. family courts. Research supports the public’s beliefs on custody.
