New Study Shows Two-Thirds of the General Public Wants Presumed 50/50 Custody

There’s a new article on that discusses a recent University of Arizona study that shows two-thirds of the general public wants presumed 50/50 custody to be the law and believes high-conflict parents should have less custody time. Public opinion currently runs counter to what is practiced in U.S. family courts. Research supports the public’s beliefs on custody. When will family court begin fair practices desired by the public and supported by research?
